At Shop Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with your original packing slip included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Philadelphia distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
